Here are tons and tons of Alucard sprites ripped from the PSX version of "Symphony of the Night". These are my favorites, and what I consider his basic look. I know he looks different in other, earlier games, but I like these the best. These have his "basic cape" equipped.

More Alucard Sprites

Here are sprites of Alucard in the present day as he appeared as "Genya Arikado" to Soma. (C'mon, if you didn't figure that out at least half-way through Aria of Sorrow, then... well... yeah... ) He appears in Aria of Sorrow and Dawn of Sorrow, and sprites from both games are included in this zip file. When he transforms into Alucard in Dawn of Sorrow, they use his Symphony of the Night sprites. Anyway, here's the file:

Here's one lonely sprite from Castlevania: Legends that I ripped myself. I also got the portrait from the game as well. Alucard is looking more like himself (himself being the SotN version... in my opinion). He doesn't look half bad, if you ask me.

And finally here are the sprites from Castlevania III. (with Alucard looking decidedly un-bishonen... pity):
